HSG Therapy is full service therapy provider, which cares for Medicare eligible patients in the home setting. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy under Medicare Part A and Part B. We are licensed to serve patients in Broward, Hardee, Highlands, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties. We care for patients in the privacy of their own home, as well as in skilled nursing, assisted and independent living facilities.

Most HSGT therapists are employed full time by our organization, which enables us to maintain the specialized skills needed to offer these programs.

The Difference between Part A and Part B

In a nutshell, the difference is one of patient status with respect to “homebound”. Part A services are only available to the patient as long as the patient requires “taxing effort” to leave the home.

Part B services (normally therapy) are available to patients who require care but are not homebound. Part B therapy can be given in the patient’s home for those who prefer the care and convenience of not traveling. Or Part B services can be given in an outpatient setting. It is not necessary for a patient to be “homebound” to qualify for Part B services.
