HSG Long Term Care is a private duty agency, which serves patients in Broward, Hardee, Highlands, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, Palm Beach , and St. Lucie Counties. We serve patients in the privacy of their own home, as well as in skilled nursing, assisted and independent living facilities.

Our services include both skilled (nursing and therapy) and unskilled (home health aides) care. We provide daily as well as weekly and monthly “live in” aides. We accept most long term care insurance, as well as, of course, direct payment from the patient or relatives. We also work with trust officers and guardians.
