Homecare Solutions Group is committed to nondiscrimination practices for its employees, patients and the community it serves. Dissemination of this commitment is made through a number of communication means.

Public posting appears on the Homecare Solutions Group web site www.homecaresolutionsgroup.com. Public distribution of brochures stating our nondiscrimination practices are given to referral sources, patient/caregivers and the general public at sites such as the local chamber of commerce.

Verbal communication to patients is conveyed by start of care staff during the initial visit. A written policy is included in the patient handbook given to every patient at start of care.

The nondiscrimination policy is prominently posted at each office of Homecare Solutions Group for all potential and current employees to see. Once employed, each employee is verbally told of the policy and confirms their commitment to following the policy in writing during their orientation. This written agreement is kept in each employees personnel file.
